FINALLY GOT IT!!! 
My dad bought it for me! I was having an icky day...I had to wake up after approximately 5 hours of sleep, I have hardly any food in the house, and it's a nasty grey day outside, still no snow despite that I live in Wisconsin. Then I got the call from FedEx & suddenly I'm ecstatic! Thank you, thank you for writing this...your work has made my day a hundred times better, not only today, but many in the past, and no doubt many more to come. 
On the practical side: the cover art is lovely, and it seems to be a well-bound book. Back to ranting: I was just in a dramatic reading of A Christmas Carol (my cast performed last Thursday, it was magnificent) and after all the obsessing over ACC for over a month of rehearsals, this seems only fitting! To summarize: YAY!
